We are devoted to offering an inviting environment in which all couples can plan their wedding celebrations.
Booth placement is based on a number of factors including: traffic flow through exhibition area, requests for electricity, separation of direct competitors, layout preferences of booths, and the order in which registration forms are received. Booth sharing will not be permitted; only one vendor’s information may be presented at each booth. Registrations will not be considered complete until both your registration form and booth payment are received.
All displays must be self-contained within the allotted booth space. Booths will include rectangular tables, tablecloths, a table skirt and two chairs. Booths with electrical access are limited and assigned on a first-come/first-served basis; displays should be planned accordingly. Please specify the number of chairs needed; the preferred layout (placement in front or back); and other special needs.
2020 Booth Specifications & Costs:Regular booth—$300, one 8ft table (8ft x 8ft)Smaller booth—$225, one 6ft table (6ft x 6ft)Electricity—add $10 for booths with access to electricity
